Each individual person may hold only one registered Account on pk1947 at any given time. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes fraudulent conduct and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances therein.

Void bets are settled at odds of 1.00 and stakes are returned to the User's Balance.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk1947's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pk1947 Account during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pk1947 shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind; loss of profits or revenue; loss of data; loss of goodwill; service interruptions; or any damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, even if pk1947 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
pk1947 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at pk1947.vu/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pk1947 implements industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption and secure data storage protocols — to protect your personal and financial information from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.
You may close your pk1947 Account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money Balance (net of any pending Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method.
pk1947 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) a User has breached these Terms; (b) pk1947 is required to do so by law, regulation, or its licensing authority; (c) there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; or (d) pk1947 determines in its sole discretion that continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other Users.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk1947 holds its international gaming license.
In the event of any dispute between you and pk1947, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting pk1947 customer support. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body as determined by pk1947.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent pk1947 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its interests.
